## Multimodal input
Chat models accept OpenAI content-array parts: `{"type": "image_url",
"image_url": {"url": "https://..."}}` for vision input and
`{"type": "input_audio", "input_audio": {"data": "<base64>", "format": "wav"}}`
for audio input on multimodal models.

## API-key rate limits (per account tier)
- Unpaid accounts: 30 requests/minute, 300 requests/day, 100k tokens/minute, 1M tokens/day.
- Paid (topped-up) accounts: 1000 requests/minute, 20k requests/day, 2M tokens/minute, 50M tokens/day.
- Exceeding a limit returns 429 with the tier name in the message.
