Methodology

How the claims are checked.

We do not ask you to trust a tagline. Each claim below names the source that proves it, and the page that publishes it.

Effective 2026-10-27.

01

Prices and limits

Read from the live model registry and the tier limit constants. Pages that state a number link to the live source.

02

Provider and retention disclosure

Each model page lists the upstream family and the retention note that applies to requests routed to it.

03

Uptime and incidents

Health checks and incident records are published on /status and /v1/health-history. Marketing pages do not state an SLA.

04

Quote before spend

POST /v1/agent/quote returns the price of a planned call before it runs, using the same catalog the website displays.

05

No silent model swaps

Model IDs are stable. Pinned builds are listed on the model page and changes are published in the changelog and feed.

Rule: a page can only claim what the code, the API or a public test can prove. If a claim is not ready, it is labelled as a roadmap item or removed.
