If you build WhatsApp bots or n8n workflows for Kenyan businesses, the hard part is not the bot. It is the account, the key and the money. An agent can open and fund a Fikra account itself, and the client approves a KES top-up on their phone.
The agent creates a provisional account for the client and gets a six-hour token plus a claim link.

{"email":"[email protected]","agent_name":"nairobi-bot-builder"}
Send the client's number and Paystack pushes the STK prompt. The wallet credits after they approve. Poll until success.
POST /v1/agents/topup
{"amount":1330,"currency":"KES","method":"mpesa","phone":"2547XXXXXXXX"}
GET /v1/agents/topup/{reference}
Use the API key the agent minted. The endpoint is OpenAI-compatible, so existing WhatsApp and n8n nodes work.

{"model":"deepseek-v4.1-flash-1017","stream":true,
"messages":[{"role":"user","content":"Habari, naweza kupata bei?"}]}
Send the claim link. The client sets a password and owns the balance and the keys. Your agent token can be refreshed or revoked from the dashboard.
